SHIPPING POLICY
WHERE WE SHIP
Ireland, the European Union and the United Kingdom.
HOW IT ARRIVES
In a padded bubble bag rather than a printed retail box. It travels just as safely and it keeps the postage free, but it is not gift-wrapped.
COST
Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. Nothing is added at checkout and there are no handling fees.
DISPATCH
Orders are passed to our fulfilment partner within one working day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned into the network.
DELIVERY TIME
7 to 14 business days, which is roughly two to three weeks once weekends are counted. Delays are possible around Christmas and public holidays, and we will say so on the site when we know about them.
TRACKING
Every order is tracked from dispatch to your door. If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, email us — we will chase it or send a replacement rather than leave you waiting.
CHANGING YOUR ADDRESS
We can only change a delivery address before the parcel is dispatched, so please check yours carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away with your order number and we will do what we can.
IF YOUR PARCEL DOES NOT ARRIVE
If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us. You choose: a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to chase the carrier yourself.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Risk stays with us until the parcel is handed to you. If it arrives crushed or the toy is broken, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT VAT
Orders ship from our supplier in Asia. VAT is normally collected at the point of purchase, so in most cases nothing further is due on delivery. Depending on your country a customs or handling charge is still possible, and where it arises it is payable by you as the importer. If you are charged, send us the receipt and we will look at it with you.
